OUR PROCESS

Some companies quote standard prices for their stairlifts, but these are based on an average cost. You could be paying more than you need to, and these quotes often have hidden extras. Acorn Stairlifts only provides a fixed quote after it has thoroughly surveyed your staircase. That way it can quote for exactly what’s needed, and explain why. Your personalised quote will have no hidden extras and will be valid for up to 12 months, giving you time to decide. Acorn does not use pressure selling techniques.

Schedule a Survey

You can schedule a home visit and a survey of your staircase by one of Acorn’s stairlift experts at a date and time to suit you. The survey is completely free, with no obligation to buy.

YOUR HOME SURVEY AND QUOTE

Your local Acorn surveyor will measure and photograph your staircase and talk to you about your needs. They will also provide an all-inclusive quote for the work, valid for up to 12 months.

SPEEDY INSTALLATION

Once you decide to go ahead, installation of your Acorn Stairlift can be organised within days, even next day in many cases. Acorn’s own engineers will install your stairlift in a few hours, with minimal disruption and no mess.

MAINTENANCE

Like any machine with moving parts and electronic components, your new Acorn Stairlift will require ongoing maintenance. The first year’s cover is included in your warranty, and beyond that Acorn offers a range of extended warranties and service agreements.
